Instruments of the Month

Weapons are a large part of the training programs at the Easton Martial Arts Center. Gaining excellence in moving with weaponry (Sandatahan) develops the mind-body connection many times faster than empty hand forms. We focus on building confidence, discipline, and self-control, so that injury to ourselves and others never happens. We call weapons our “instruments”. As martial artists, we use them as a painter uses a brush or a sculptor a chisel – to hone and create our ART.
